We endeavour to despatch all in stock items within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Please note at busy times, delivery times may be extended by 2-3 days
For heavier or more valuable orders, we may upgrade to courier delivery at no extra cost if we think it provides a more appropriate level of tracking and cover.
When you place an order you will be able to select your preferred shipping method in the checkout.
Please also note that our shipping rates are weight-based and include a reasonable allowance for the weight of packaging materials. We do not make profit on shipping costs and will only charge what it costs us to ship the item.
Please be aware Northumbrian Tin Soldier will not be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions or 'Safe Place' request left for the Delivery Partner.
We ship products worldwide with very few exceptions, if for some reason you find that we do not have postage options for your location please let us know so we can add them in.
We are registered for VAT in the UK and our website shows both VAT and ex-VAT prices for you. When you place an order through the website, the Basket will automatically deduct the relevant VAT amount from your order if applicable. Printed materials are 0% rated for VAT, so there is no VAT to be deducted from our rulesets.
Please note, Northumbrian Tin Soldier is not responsible for any customs charges,taxes or import duties payable upon receipt of international deliveries, this is solely the responsibility of the purchaser\receiver. If a delivery is refused by the receiver or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by Northumbrian Tin Soldier in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
